We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction when registering for our poker tournaments. Please read our return policy and process carefully:
Return Policy
- Tournament Cancellation: If a tournament is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee. Refunds will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days.
- Player Withdrawal:
- If you wish to withdraw from a tournament, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before the tournament’s scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Withdrawal requests made less than 48 hours before the start time may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for future tournaments, subject to approval.
- No-Show Policy: Players who do not show up for the tournament without prior notification will forfeit their entry fee, and no refund will be issued.
- Non-Transferable: Entry fees are non-transferable and cannot be credited to another player or tournament, except in cases where a transfer is explicitly authorized by the tournament management.
Return Process
- Request Submission: To request a refund or withdrawal, email our support team at Mail or call our customer service hotline at Call. Please include your name, contact details, and tournament ID in your request.
- Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. The payment will be issued back to the original payment method used during registration.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your refund request and its status. If your request is denied or requires further information, our team will reach out for clarification.
- Special Cases: For refunds involving extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please provide appropriate documentation for expedited review.
