Return Policy
Tournament Cancellation: If a tournament is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee. Refunds will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days.
Player Withdrawal:
If you wish to withdraw from a tournament, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before the tournament’s scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
Withdrawal requests made less than 48 hours before the start time may be eligible for a partial refund or credit for future tournaments, subject to approval.
No-Show Policy: Players who do not show up for the tournament without prior notification will forfeit their entry fee, and no refund will be issued.
Non-Transferable: Entry fees are non-transferable and cannot be credited to another player or tournament, except in cases where a transfer is explicitly authorized by the tournament management.
Return Process
Request Submission: To request a refund or withdrawal, email our support team at Mail or call our customer service hotline at Call. Please include your name, contact details, and tournament ID in your request.
Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. The payment will be issued back to the original payment method used during registration.
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your refund request and its status. If your request is denied or requires further information, our team will reach out for clarification.
Special Cases: For refunds involving extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please provide appropriate documentation for expedited review.
